Romeo, a solid paint QH, was the first horse to come live with us. After his rough Winter and weight loss, it became obvious that flying solo just wasn't for him. (The vet actually wrote a prescription for a pasture buddy) So we got another horse, Tardy, from the horse rescue down the road to keep him company. Was a great move! He started gaining his weight back, and has become a very confident horse! Both of them are older horses who will live their lives out here as part of our family.
